We offer a wide range of beds including single, double, king, and super king sizes. Our collection includes upholstered beds, ottoman beds, bunk beds, and a large selection of mattresses.

Do your beds come with mattresses?

No, When looking at our bed ranges please note all pricing are excluding mattresses. Please check the product description for detailed information on what is included.

Can I see your beds in person?

Currently, we operate exclusively online to keep our prices competitive. However, we provide detailed product descriptions,
high-quality images, and customer reviews to help you make an informed decision. If you are still unsure please feel free to contact us via email where we can offer more insight to each product.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping within the UK?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UK.

How long will it take for my bed to arrive?

Delivery varies based on manufacturer. For specific delivery times, please check the product page or contact our customer service team.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

Currently we cannot offer this service, although we are working on it! Our delivery partners endeavor to keep you in the loop regarding delivery and will contact you directly prior to delivery to arrange a suitable day.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

How can I track my order?

Once you have been contacted by the courier they will provide you with tracking information when possible.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible if your order has already been processed.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their
original packaging. Please visit our Returns page for more details.

How do I return a bed?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. If the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. If the error is ours we will
arrange and exchange or refund.

We will pay the cost of collection:

If the products are misdescribed or faulty.

In all other circumstances (including when you are exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the cost of return or collection.

Can I exchange my bed for a different size or model?

Yes, exchanges are possible. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Note that the bed must be in its original condition and unopened packaging.

What should I do if my bed arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order prior to signing with the delivery driver. If you find damage please refuse delivery and contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a
refund as per your preference.
