We hope you love your new bed and are satisfied with our service. However, if something goes wrong, rest assured we will do our best to ensure the returns, cancellations, and refunds process is stress-free.
Cancelling Orders Before Delivery You can cancel your order at any time after placing it. If the items have already been dispatched, a small cancellation fee may apply. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
Checking Products Before Accepting Delivery Upon delivery, inspect your product for any damage before signing off with the courier (without removing the heat-sealed mattress bag). If you find a problem, refuse delivery and note the issue as damaged or incorrect. The driver will return the item to us. Inform our customer support team within 24 hours of the delivery attempt. Once we receive the item back, we can send you a replacement.
Cancelling Orders After Delivery You can cancel your order after delivery if it is unopened and unused. Notify us within 14 working days from the delivery date. Once we confirm the cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the mattress. Your refund will be processed once we receive the return at our warehouse. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you find your item is damaged or incorrect after delivery, contact our customer support team within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We will review the situation and arrange an exchange or refund if necessary. Ensure the item remains unused and in its original packaging to avoid affecting your eligibility for an exchange or refund.
Returning Items To return an item, contact our customer service team for instructions on where and how to send it. If the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, contact our customer support team within 24 hours with photographic evidence. If the error is ours, we will arrange an exchange or refund.
We will pay the costs of return or collection:
if the Products are faulty or mi-sdescribed
in all other circumstances (including where you are exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the costs of return or collection.
Refunds As long as the product is returned unused, unopened, and within the required timeframe, we will process your refund as soon as we receive it. If cancelling after delivery, notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the product within 14 days of confirming the cancellation. Refunds may deduct any applicable cancellation fees. You must ensure that the Products are adequately packed to be returned to us and please include your reference number and name on any returns. If you fail to take reasonable care of the Products before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will seek to recover the reduction in value from you or we may deduct this from any refund due to you. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
Sizing Please make sure to measure available floor space and entrance ways to your property prior to order. We do not accept liability for any goods which fail to fit into your home. No Refund/cancelation will be accepted if the goods do not fit by fault of your own.
